What is a blind box?

A blind box is a sealed package containing one random figure or item from a series. You won't know which design you'll receive until you open it — that's part of the fun! Each series has common designs and rare or secret figures.

Can I choose which figure I receive?

For some products we offer a 'choose your variant' option where available. Where this option exists, it will be shown on the product page. For standard blind boxes, designs are assigned at random.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes — always. Every product we sell is officially licensed and sourced directly from authorised distributors. We never sell imitations, fakes, or unlicensed goods.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Australian orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. International orders vary by destination — generally 7–21 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 100 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Jellycat Orders

Why do Jellycat items take longer?

All Jellycat products are ordered in from our international warehouse. Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks on top of standard delivery times for Jellycat items. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I return or exchange a blind box?

Due to the nature of blind boxes, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges based on the figure received. However, if your item is damaged or faulty, please reach out and we'll resolve it for you.
